Most likely, you would not get a reply. And even if I were to reply, I will deliberately take a while to reply back. While this may sound passive aggressive, I have likely asked in my first reply to your short emails to write more than just a sentence or two. The way I see it is if you are not going to take the time to write an actual email, I am not going to rush and reply to your 1-2 sentence emails.
